one year.

One year ago I created SevenLittleDaisies on February 7th, 2015. 

Wow. 

On this journey I've created some pretty cool memories. 

I've improved so much as a photographer. 

And best of all, I've made so many great friends. 

And isn't that what's important in life? Your family, your friends? 

I'd like to especially thank Emma, Ellie, Kelsi, and Polka Dot Bee. You guys are so freaking amazing and have truly made this first year special for me in the blogging world. 

Thank everyone, really, for your endless support. You are the reason I'm still here. <33

YAY I POSTED 2 DAYS IN A ROW THAT'S A RECORD FOR ME!! 

So I know I haven't been all that great a blogger this past year, I posted like twice every month. Anyways, I realized I haven't really been a great follower either. I'm so sorry I rarely read/comment on people's posts anymore :/ I promise I'm going to try and do better this year, but if I don't, chances are, it's not because I hated the post, it's because I have no time whatsoever. 

So I really, really want to do another photo story as I haven't done one in literally forever, but I'm out of ideas. Please comment down some suggestions below! :)

Yay, I have new photos! Actually they're very old photos from October that I never ended up posting oops.
In August my mom dug out her old Nikon D70. She got a new camera about a year ago and said I could use her old one! So I tried to be a professional photographer and played around with the camera controls. Turns out I'm not very good at being a professional photographer and that's why a couple of these photos turned out looking over saturated. Heh heh.

there should be a way to reopen tabs. 'Cause lets be honest, we all close tabs and then forget how to find them and get really mad because we liked that website. Just some advice.

Who am I?

Hello everyone.
Lately I've been thinking you guys don't really know me. Like, you know that my name is Charlotte and I love dolls, but that's it.
That's going to change today.

{So, yes, this will still be a mainly doll blog, but every so often I'll pop behind the screen with some random post. }

Anyways.
while writing this post I found out I hate talking about myself is that weird
-I have a huge passion for writing
-my favorite color is yellow
-I will eat anything chocolate
-my birthday is May 20th
-I love rain
-I'm seriously obsessed with Taylor Swift
-books. yup.
-my fav animal is a dog
-I actually have a dog. His name is Sailor and he is the most precious thing on earth
-my dream vacation is Paris. Mostly because of the food  I love the language but the food's really good too
-weekends are just pajama days for me

Hi…can we talk?

Let's talk, everyone.
I'm known to be a very long talker. I talk and talk and talk and talk. But I won't bore you with that today.
Would you guys hate me if I started posting more than my dolls? Like, my dolls don't write the posts, I do? Or if I shared a little more of my personal life with you?

I'm honestly just trying to figure everything out.
I feel like so many people are leaving. Some people don't get the respect they deserve. Or don't feel needed.
I've been there. Not on my blog, but in regular life.
And it sucks.

When I started this blog, I didn't realize how difficult it was for some people to fit in. Tons of people who I admired got hate on their blogs. Their blogs. 
And I've gotten hate on mine, too.
I've received a few rude emails. Not enough to brag about, but. Still.
I've found that I don't really care. People can hate all they want.
*sings* HATERS GONNA HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE!
Anyway.

I draw the line when people start leaving because they're hurt.
I can't stand seeing people upset.
It really ticks me off that some people - several people - don't post because of the haters.
Because of social bullying.

My blog is a safe place. I do not tolerate hate. And that goes to my blogger friends, as well. If you think you can get away with hating on my friends - you're so wrong.

I don't want to start a fight.

I don't want to get involved.

I just want to blog about my dolls. I didn't think that was so wrong.

Because apparently it is.

This is not about me. This is about my fellow bloggers.
You can send me rude emails, type obnoxious comments, unfollow me. But not on other blogs.

Just stop.

I don't understand why anyone would give other people a hard time. Don't you understand that, behind those screens, there are living beings? Living beings with feelings?

UGH.

I don't want to get involved. But I have to.
I have to make it stop. Or at least try.

Okay, so it's not really a contest. THERE ARE NO PRIZES. So I guess it's more like a challenge.
So, do you want to enter?!
